  1. Legal I hereby declare that I am making a legitimate noncommercial or fair use of the domain name, without intent for commercial gain to misleadingly divert consumers or to tarnish the trademark or service mark at issue.
    Simple I sell nothing on this site! Also, I am not connected with Lucasfilm, Ltd. If you want to see the official Star Wars site, Click here. If Star Wars Kids Magazine creates a web site, I'll make a link to it from here!
  2. Legal I have not registered the STARWARSKIDS.COM domain name primarily for the purpose of selling, renting, or otherwise transferring the domain name registration to the Lucusfilm, Ltd. who is the owner of the trademark (Star Wars) or to a competitor of Lucusfilm, Ltd., for valuable consideration in excess of my documented out-of-pocket costs directly related to the domain name.
    Simple I have no plans to sell this domain. Currently, I am working on creating a kids portal with no advertising.
  3. Legal I have not registered the domain name primarily for the purpose of disrupting the business Lucusfilms, Ltd.
    Simple I am exercising my website-making hobby fasination. I've been making websites since 1996.
  4. Legal I have not intentionally attempted to attract, for commercial gain, Internet users to my web site or other on-line location, by creating a likelihood of confusion with the Lucusfilm's trademark as to the source, sponsorship, affiliation, or endorsement of my web site or location.
    Simple This site is not run by Lucusfilm, Ltd. and I am not pretending to to get ad banners or anything. In fact, I have no ads on this site!
