Specific to this site
Tip 1: Being Lost
If your are lost, look for the MAP link in the upper right
hand of most pages. The MAP has most, but not all of the
pages I've made. I'm attempting to standarize the first (and
only the first) line on all my pages. Clicking on the MAP
will take you places...
Tip 2: What I have
Stuff on my site is called a primary source. All the cool
sites I link to are called secondary sources. I recommend
checking out all the stuff I have links to; however, I spent
a lot of time on my primary stuff, so check it out. My
primary sources are stuff I've written, drawn, and scanned.
Also, I've put up stuff other people have written and drawn.
Tip 3: Messy
I type fast and make errors, but only so I can type
more! Quantity over quality! Sometimes I leave the title of
pages vague as well; I notice this, but would rather make
more pages rather than perfect old ones. Besides, irrelevent
bookmarks will keep you on your toes!
Tip 4: Text also!
If you are on a text only connection, don't give up
hope! Much text is incorporated in this site. Yeah, the
index pages have a fair amount of graphics, but there are
words somewhere...
Tip 5: Contribute
If have a spare ten minutes in your day, write me a story
about what, to you, is *cool*. It does not have to be web
oriented. If you are not sure what to write about, email me
your weekly activities, and I will ask you about a specific
topic I find interesting.

General Browsing
Tip 1: More viewing space
In Netscape, turn off the toolbar and directory
buttons. This can be done by toggleing them off in the
Options menu. Doing this will increase your viewing
space.
Tip 2: Use the right button
The right mouse button can be used to go back and forward.
Tip 3: Large cache
To speed your forward and back movements, raise your cache
size. This is done in the options menu under
network prefrences. I have 16Mb of ram and have 8Mb
dedicated to caching while running Netscape. Also, a large
hard cache (8Mb) will speed loading from one session to the
next.
Tip 4: Bookmarks
Make a bunch of bookmarks when you are surfing. When you are
offline, sort these bookmarks into folders. To do this, hit
CTRL-B, or select go to bookmarks from the bookmark
menu.
Tip 5: Survailence Paranoia
You are always being watched on the net! Check out
this quote for more info.
